About Us
Jim Faydenko, licensed builder and owner of HomeBuild has over 25 years experience in residential construction. He's a true craftsman who takes pride in his work and approaches each project with goal of exceeding client expectations. "Attention to detail;' "uncanny spatial relation? and "an incredible ability to see in 3D" are comments often iterated by those who have worked with Jim.
From the suburbs of Detroit Michigan Jim raised three children with his wife of over 25 years. In 2009 they made the move to Colorado and immediately called Jefferson County "home." Residing along the Front Range himself, Jim pursues his favorite past times of golfing and skiing when his schedule allows.

Shortly after arriving in Colorado, Jim started, and ran, a successful residential roofing company. Realizing his true passion was in construction, he again turned his efforts to residential home construction and began building.
At this point the kids were grown and Jim's wife, Karen, was able to focus on the family business and now handles the interior design of each project. Using texture, light, and color, Karen focuses on all the details that make a house become a home.
